1960 DeSoto Fireflite

Step into a time capsule of automotive elegance and power with this 1960 DeSoto Fireflite, a true representation of American muscle and style from the golden era. The Fireflite name evokes a sense of speed and prestige, and here it's brought to life in stunning aqua blue with a sparkling finish that turns heads. Beneath the hood, a robust 361 cubic inch V8 roars with modernized vigor, thanks to an MSD fuel injection system and a Weiand intake, delivering performance that thrills while maintaining its classic soul.

The cabin of this DeSoto Fireflite invites you to experience vintage luxury with its turquoise vinyl interior, showcasing a beautifully restored dash that keeps the original gauges and the iconic push-button transmission controls. The split bench seats offer ample comfort, wrapped in well-preserved materials that echo the era's style. Classic details like the original steering column, AM radio, and rearview mirror mounted on the dash combine to create an authentic, tactile connection to the past.

Under the hood, the 361 V8 engine commands attention with its deep, throaty rumble amplified by a dual exhaust system. The MSD electronic fuel injection breathes new life into this classic powerplant, paired with an upgraded Weiand intake that enhances throttle response. Power is transmitted smoothly through a three-speed TorqueFlite automatic transmission, while power steering and power brakes ensure composed handling and confident stops. This Fireflite delivers a driving experience that is both engaging and comfortable, embodying the spirit of classic American muscle.
