This car was in long-term family ownership for three generations which none of them used it as a very day car, only taking it out for special occasions. There is a signed letter from the first owner's grandson stating when his father inherited the car in 1983 it had covered 23,000 miles and was then put into dry storage. It was registered to his son in 1997, who put through a MoT in 2005 prior to a family wedding. Owned by the son for the next 19 years it was patently cherished and has had a reconditioned gearbox and cosmetic works including paintwork to the lower half of the car. The current owner purchased the car in November 2016 from the fourth owner who only had it for five months and put into his personal collection of cars. Finished in Old English White with rare tan cloth interior, this coupe is supplied with a V5 registration document and a detailed history file which includes the original stamped Passport to Service and other interesting period items.
