2023 Mercedes AMG GT Black Series

Launched in 2020, the Mercedes AMG GT Black Series marked the return of one of Affalterbach’s most iconic names.

Developed entirely in house by Mercedes AMG and limited to around 1,700 examples worldwide, it became one of the rarest and most significant AMG models of its generation.

Its handcrafted 4.0 litre V8 Bi Turbo engine produces 730 hp, making it the most powerful AMG V8 road car at the time of launch. Performance is equally dramatic, with 0 to 60 mph in just 3.1 seconds and a top speed of 202 mph.

This UK supplied, right hand drive example has covered just 1,750 miles from new and is finished in the striking, model exclusive AMG Magma Beam with black Dinamica leather and orange stitching.

Its extensive specification includes carbon fibre exterior and interior packages, carbon roof, fixed double rear wing, AMG carbon bucket seats, titanium roll bar, Track Package, ceramic composite brakes, AMG Ride Control suspension and forged AMG wheels.

It is accompanied by its spare key, handbook pack, locking wheel nut key and history file, including its Certificate of Conformity.

The Black Series badge has always meant something special.

It is AMG at its most focused, taking performance, engineering and theatre to another level.

From the huge carbon rear wing and aggressive aero to the handcrafted 730 hp V8, this is a car that makes no attempt to blend in. Finished in AMG Magma Beam, every line, vent and piece of exposed carbon feels even more dramatic.

With only 1,750 miles behind it, this example still feels remarkably close to the beginning of its story.

A rare, uncompromising AMG created for those who understand exactly what the Black Series name represents.

Now it is ready for its next chapter.
