Having successfully built bikes through WW2 and into the 1950s but started to struggle when Lambretta and Vespa dominated the new scooter market
Rescued by the Italian government in the early 1960s and were back to full strength in the 1970s with the likes of the 850 Le Mans and other V-twin models
The lightweight 125 Stornello (Little Starling) was designed by legendary race bike engineer, Giulio Carcano, as a modern, youthful, and efficient utilitarian vehicle
This correct numbers early example is presented in restored condition, has run but will require some recommissioning before road use
Not currently UK registered but is supplied with a valid NOVA
Great usable addition to any Italian bike collection
